How To Make Copycat Panera Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cup margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, use electric mixer to combine sugars and margarine until fluffy and light.
  3. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Mix in chocolate chips until combined well.
  6. On cookie sheets, drop tablespoonful sized dough.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
