How To Make Copycat Mrs. Fields Famous Triple Chocolate Cookies

  • 2/3 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar (packed cup)
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ Swiss dark chocolate bars (chopped)
  • 1 white chocolate bar (chopped)
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and lightly grease two cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, and melted unsweetened chocolate until fluffy.

  3. Reduce mixing speed and add flour until just blended.

  4. Fold in the dark and white chocolate.

  5. Drop using a tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheets.

  6. Bake one sheet at a time for 17 minutes.
  7. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool before serving.
