How To Make Classic Philadelphia New York Cheesecake

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 32 oz of cream cheese
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
