Copycat Brownie Obsession Recipe

Satisfy your chocolate craving with a TGI Fridays copycat from home! This delicious warm brownie is topped with whipped cream or ice cream before serving.

How To Make Copycat Brownie Obsession

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate broken into pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup cake flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Cooking spray

To Serve:

  • Choice of either whipped cream or any ice cream of your choice
  • Roasted pecans (chopped)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
  2. Grease your baking pan with cooking spray & dust with cocoa powder
  3. Sift together the flour, salt, & baking soda. Set aside
  4. Microwave the sugar, butter, and milk on high for 5 minutes and stir.
  5. Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
  6. Add the eggs & vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.
  7. Fold in your sifted flour into the chocolate mixture until well incorporated
  8. Pour into your baking pan & bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
  9. Transfer to a baking rack & allow to cool down
  10. Serve the brownie with whipped cream or ice cream on top, sprinkled with chopped pecans
