How To Make Bisquick Brownies

A simple and easy brownie recipe which makes use of the versatile Bisquick biscuit mix along with butter and chocolate chips among others.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with butter; remove from heat.
  3. Add biscuit mix, condensed milk, egg and vanilla.
  4. Stir in remaining chips.
  5. Turn into well-greased 13x9" pan.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool.
  7. Garnish as desired.
  8. Cut into bars.
