  • 1 lb sausage, mild, removed from its casing, and chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups pancake mix, preferably Bisquick
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cooking spray

For Serving:

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all the ingredients together. Roll them into small balls, roughly 1-ounce each and a little smaller than a golf ball. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
