How To Make Bisquick Sausage and Egg Breakfast Balls
Start the day right with these savory and loaded breakfast balls. They combine eggs, sausage, and pancake mix for a scrumptious bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, mild, removed from its casing, and chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pancake mix, preferably Bisquick
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- cooking spray
For Serving:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all the ingredients together. Roll them into small balls, roughly 1-ounce each and a little smaller than a golf ball. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet with cooking spray.
