Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal. Mix together until well combined.

In a separate small bowl, dissolve the non-fat dry milk in ice water. Add the dissolved milk mixture to the ground meat and mix thoroughly.

Add the corn syrup, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves to the meat mixture. Mix until all the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.

Bake the bologna in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove the bologna from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
