Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1-2 green chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, sliced onions, diced cucumbers, diced bell pepper, and chopped green chili peppers.

  2. Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt over the salad mixture. Toss well to coat all the ingredients.

  3. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
