  • 2 medium sized beetroots, grated
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dried mango powder)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add grated beetroot, sliced onion, chopped green chili, and mix well.

  2. Add crushed peanuts, cumin powder, amchur powder, red chili powder, and mix again.

  3. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

  4. Serve chilled and garnish with some coriander leaves.
