How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse Shrimp Cocktail

Classic and elegant shrimp cocktail with tangy cocktail sauce.

Ingredients

  • 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Fill a large bowl with ice and water.

  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

  3. Drain shrimp and immediately transfer to the ice bath to stop the cooking process.

  4. Chill shrimp until ready to serve.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

  6. Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
