Extremely rich and delicious.\r\n\n\n\tHow To Make Fleming's Chocolate Lava Cake\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t1 lb butter (lightly salted)1 lb semi-sweet chocolate8 eggs (whole)8 egg yolks1 cup sugar2 tbsp flour\t\n\t\n\t\tCut the butter and chocolate into small pieces then place them in a double boiler or metal mixing bowl over simmering water. Heat the butter and chocolate until they melt.While the chocolate is melting, combine the whole eggs and egg yolks in a mixing bowl and whip them for 5-6 minutes until they slightly thicken.Add the sugar to the egg mixture and whip for 1 minute to blend them well. Once the chocolate and butter have melted, lightly whip them together until a smooth mixture is formed, then add them to the egg mixture.Fold in the flour and combine it well with the chocolate mixture, then pour the mixture into a well-greased and floured cup up to about half an inch from the top.Place the mixture in an oven heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake it for 12-14 minutes.Once it's done baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 1 minute.Transfer the cake onto a serving plate side down and serve it with ice cream.
