Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg.

  2. Mix well and form into 8 equal-sized balls.

  3. Flatten each ball into a patty and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Cook crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
