Rich and creamy mashed potatoes made with butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in a pot until they are tender.

  2. Drain the water from the potatoes and add in butter and cream cheese.

  3. Mash the potatoes and mix in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Serve hot.
