How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse’s Crab Cakes

Perfectly breaded and seasoned, these Crab Cakes are a classic at Fleming’s Steakhouse!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of crab meat
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, red onion, red bell pepper, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form into 8 patties.

  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Once melted, cook the patties until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
