  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan over medium-high heat.

  3. Dip calamari rings into the flour mixture, coating well and shaking off any excess.
