How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse Shrimp Cocktail
Classic and elegant shrimp cocktail with tangy cocktail sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon, quartered
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Fill a large bowl with ice and water.

In a large pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Drain shrimp and immediately transfer to the ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Chill shrimp until ready to serve.

In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
