  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400F.

  2. Place corn on the grill or in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the mixture over the cooked corn, making sure to cover evenly.
