  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until tender.

  3. Add mixed seafood and cook until slightly pink.

  4. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Serve over cooked linguine and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
