How To Make Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Juicy chicken with melted cheese, crispy bacon and fresh veggies in a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 burger buns, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  4. Toast burger buns on the grill.

  5. Assemble sandwiches by placing grilled chicken on the bottom bun.

  6. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, red onion and lettuce.

  7. Add the top bun and serve immediately.
