Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large avocados, sliced
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Cook chicken in the pan until browned and no longer pink.

  4. Grill bread until lightly toasted.

  5. Combine lemon juice and sliced avocado in a bowl.

  6. Assemble sandwich with chicken, cheese, and avocado slices.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
