How To Make Chicken Caesar Sandwich Recipe

A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich filled with grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and crisp lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 leaves of romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan.

  2. Brush chicken with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  4. Toast bread slices.

  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each slice of bread.

  6. Place cooked chicken on 4 slices of bread.

  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken.

  8. Add lettuce leaves.

  9. Cover chicken with remaining bread slices.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
