Instructions

  2. Dip chicken tenderloins in buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour mixture.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
