Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil.

  5. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

  6. Pour the honey glaze over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
