How To Make Canned Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

A creamy and delicious Alfredo recipe with canned chicken and fresh broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can of chicken breast, drained and flaked
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add canned chicken and sauté until slightly browned.

  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until it’s fully melted.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine pasta and broccoli with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
