How To Make Canned Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

A quick and easy stir-fry recipe using canned chicken that can be ready in just 30 minutes.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes



  • 1 can of chicken (12.5 oz)
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, onions)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper


  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Add in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  4. Drain the canned chicken and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Mix in soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another minute.

  6. Serve with steamed rice.
