How To Make Ruby Tuesday Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Crispy breaded chicken coated with Parmesan crust served with creamy Alfredo sauce and fresh steamed broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third shallow dish.

  4. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then coat in egg, then coat in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. Place onto a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  7. Stir in milk and heavy cream. Cook until heated through.

  8. Remove from heat and serve Alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli.
