  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, avocado

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled and cooked through.

  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.

  4. Divide the scrambled eggs among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheese and any desired toppings.

  5. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the ends to create a burrito shape.
