How To Make Shaved Beef Stir-Fry
This dish is a savory stir-fry of thinly sliced beef, crisp vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shaved beef sirloin
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until browned.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until softened.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the beef back to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
