Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) flounder fillets
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

  3. Lay out the flounder fillets and place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each one.

  4. Fold the fillet over the filling and secure with toothpicks.

  5. Place the stuffed fillets in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
