  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush both sides of flounder fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil.

  5. Serve grilled flounder fillets with the garlic-lemon sauce on top.
