  • 4 flounder fillets (6-8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel and coat each side evenly with the flour mixture.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot.

  4. Place the flounder fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
