How To Make Long John Silver’s Chicken Planks Recipe
Crispy and delicious chicken planks that are similar to Long John Silver’s signature dish.

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
