Ingredients
- 2 pears, preferably green and or Bartlett’s
- ¼ lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 32 pcs arugula sprigs
To Serve:
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Halve and core each pear. Then quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear.
- Place a slice of pear and 2 to 3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and wrap prosciutto tightly.
- Place each wrapped pear on a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
