Creamy penne pasta with grilled chicken, shrimp, prosciutto, and vegetables in a rich tomato cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 4 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices prosciutto, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add prosciutto, bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

  4. Add shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

  5. Add sliced chicken, cooked penne pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.

  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens.

  7. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
