  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
