Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 sliced jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain, then mix in the refried beans.

  3. On a baking sheet, layer the tortilla chips, ground beef mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Top the nachos with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, diced onions, sliced black olives, and dollops of sour cream.

  6. Serve with your favorite hot sauce, if desired.
