
How To Make Cranberry Thokku
Enjoy a blend of tang and spice with this cranberry thokku. It’s a South Indian pickle made with mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds tossed with berries.

- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspmustard seeds
- 1tspfenugreek seeds
- ⅛tspground turmeric
- ⅛tspasafoetida powder
- 12ozfresh cranberries,(1 package), finely chopped
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspachar masala
Instructions

Heat olive oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, and asafoetida in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Mix in cranberries, salt, and achar masala. Cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes until cranberries soften and break down.

Remove from heat to cool before serving.
