How To Make Spinach and Cheese Samosas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 8 samosa wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin, coriander, and turmeric powder.

  2. Add chopped spinach and cook till it wilts.

  3. Add feta cheese and salt, mix well.

  4. Take a samosa wrapper, add 1 tablespoon of the spinach and cheese filling.

  5. Fold into a triangle shape and seal with water.

  6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

  7. Deep fry or bake the samosas.
