Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- 8 large apples , ripe, tart, peeled, and finely diced
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions

Heat the honey in a skillet, add the apples, and stir in the lemon juice.
- Mix all well to coat apples and sauté over medium heat until they are slightly softened.

Cover and cook until the apples are softened enough to mash.
- Remove from heat; stir in the rosemary and mash with a potato masher so it's still chunky.
