  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
  • 2 cups water, cold

For Garnish:

  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 1 minute until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve.
