Hard-boiled egg stuffed with tuna salad, these deviled eggs make a great low-carb alternative to tuna sandwiches and you can also make this ahead too.

Ingredients

  • 8large eggs,hard boiled
  • 12ozalbacore tuna,can, packed in water, drained
  • 1tbspred onion,minced
  • cuplight mayo,use compliant mayo for whole30
  • 1tspred wine vinegar
  • fresh chives,chopped
  • Salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the egg yolks with mayo and mash.

  2. Add tuna, red onion, and red wine vinegar.

  3. Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the tuna salad into the 16 halved eggs. Garnish with chives.
