Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ginger root, chopped
- 1 tbsp celery, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp tomato paste
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until almost smooth. Any unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
