How To Make Harissa and Avocado Toast

A spicy and creamy toast with a twist of Middle Eastern flavors.

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp of harissa paste
  • 4 eggs, soft boiled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.

  2. Spread harissa paste evenly on each slice of toast.

  3. Top each slice of toast with sliced avocado, dividing evenly among the 4.

  4. Peel the soft boiled eggs and place one egg on each toast slice.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
