Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix harissa paste, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the harissa mixture.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water.

  6. Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork and stir in the chopped parsley.

  7. Serve the harissa sticky chicken with the couscous and enjoy!
