How To Make Harissa Sticky Chicken with Couscous

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix harissa paste, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the harissa mixture.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water.

Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork and stir in the chopped parsley.
