How To Make Pear and Gorgonzola Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 store-bought pie crust
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Unroll the pie crust into a 9-inch tart pan and trim the edges.

Arrange the sliced pears on top of the crust and sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola.
