Ingredients

  • 1 small turnip, julienned
  • 1/4 head of green cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1/4 head of purple cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the julienned turnip, sliced green cabbage, and sliced purple cabbage.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and turnip mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
