How To Make Confetti Corn Dip

This easy-to-make corn dip is mixed with a variety of fresh and crisp veggies like bell peppers, tomato, olives, and more, for a scrumptious snack!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4ozcream cheese,softened
  • cupsour cream
  • cupmayonnaise
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ¼tspsmoked paprika
  • 2cupscorn
  • 1cuppepper jack cheese,shredded
  • 1orange pepper,diced
  • 1tomato,seeded, diced
  • 1jalapeno,seeded, diced
  • ¼cupblack olives,chopped
  • ¼cupred onion,diced
  • 2tbspfresh cilantro,or parsley, chopped
  • 1tspchili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and smoked paprika with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy.

  2. Fold in the corn, pepper jack cheese, orange pepper, tomato, jalapeno, olives, onion, cilantro, and chili powder.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Serve with chips, and enjoy!
