- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
To serve:
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- vanilla wafers, or sliced fruit of your choice

- Combine all ingredients and fold until evenly incorporated.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon, and serve with either sliced fruit or vanilla wafers!
