How To Make Buffalo Wings with Ranch Dipping Sauce

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
  • any ranch dressing of your choice
  1. Lightly grease a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  2. Place the cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, flour, and salt into a resealable plastic bag then shake to mix the ingredients.
  3. Next, add the chicken wings to the plastic bag then seal and toss until it is well-coated.
  4. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet and store it in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that its flour coating hardens.
  5. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and hot pepper sauce.
  7. Dip the wings into the butter mixture and place it back onto the baking sheet.
  8. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  9. After 25 minutes, turn the wings over and bake it for another 20-25 minutes so that it cooks evenly.
  10. Finally, allow the wings to cool and serve it with ranch dipping sauce. Enjoy!
