  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.

  4. In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.

  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  6. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.

  7. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  9. In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.

  10. Toss the chicken tenders in the buffalo sauce and serve.
